TERMS RELATING TO PERMANENT PLACEMENT SERVICES :

FEE PAYABLE STRUCTURE


Positions

Placement Fee

Entry level

8.33 % of the selected candidates Annual Cost to the Company.

Middle level

10 % of the selected candidates Annual Cost to the company

Senior level

15 % of the selected candidates Annual Cost to the company

 

  • All payment will be by crossed cheque or bank draft in the name of “DREAM JOBS”

 

  • Service Tax will extra and as applicable at the time of raising the invoice, and shall be over and above on the aforesaid fees.

 

Note: Annual gross salary will include basic salary, DA, market rent of accommodation or HRA, other allowances / reimbursable in whichever form it might be paid, PF, guaranteed incentives, medical, LTA, Conveyance, entertainment, food, management allowance, joining bonus, etc. The client is free to give us an indication of the criteria on what they will be working out the value prior to commencement of the same. Variable bonus component shall be excluded from the Annual Cost To Company.


TERMS OF PAYMENT :An invoice will be raised upon the candidate commencing employment / work with the Client’s Company and the invoice is payable within 30 days of that date. All Service Warranty’s as committed herein by Dream Jobs will apply subject to timely payments of all invoices raised in terms of these terms of business.
We require a copy of the appointment letter, or salary details of the candidates, in order to raise our invoice. This should be made available to us latest on the date of the candidate joining the Client or latest within 48 hours of joining.


SERVICE WARANTEE :We hereby warrant that we will provide one time further reference of candidates in case the candidate first joining leaves within 30 days of the joining voluntarily. However this warranty shall not apply in case of termination of candidate for any reason and to a replacement candidate provided leaving and in case any payment is outstanding/ withheld without consent of DreamJobs.
